All you require is your membership details, you updated legal documents as proof of your correct name. The name change process for Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer members is as follows:

• You need to fill out the “Change of Name” form provided by Singapore Airlines. 
• Here, you will be required to fill in the following details:
  • KrisFlyer Membership Number
  • Previous Registered Name
