Amapola Flight Check In Methods

Amapola Air (PopulAir) allows web check-in as well as various options to check in at the airport. Here are the details – 

• Mobile App Check-In – The airline does not offer a mobile app.
• Online (Web) Check-in – Visit Amapola Air and you will find the check-in tab on the homepage to complete the check-in process.
• Ticket Counter Check-in – Passengers who are seeking special assistance at the airport need to complete check-in at the airport through the airline’s representative. 

Amapola Flyg Check In Online

The airline allows passengers to complete the Airlines check-in through its website. Follow these steps to complete the check-in – 

• Visit Amapola’s website and navigate to the check-in tab on the homepage.

• Once you click on the check-in button, you will be redirected to this interface.

• Enter the 6 characters Booking Reference in the required field, and click on the ‘Continue’ button.
• Select the flight segment and the name of the passenger you wish to check-in for.
• If you have bags to carry, purchase the baggage allowance. 
• If the airline offers you to select seats, access the seat map and pick seats as per your travel preference.
• At the checkout page, pay the required fee for the baggage and click on Confirm to complete the check-in.
• Now a boarding pass will be generated on your screen. You can print it out or download the file to print it later.

Please note – The following passengers are not eligible for Amapola check in online rather they need to seek assistance through the airline’s representative at the airport – 

• Unaccompanied minors
• Passengers with hearing impairment or reduced mobility who need special assistance at the airport.
• Pregnant women
• Passengers traveling with pets
• A group of 9 or more passengers

The airline does not offer a mobile application to manage booking.

Amapola check-in at the ticket counter

To request Amapola check-in at the airport, passengers must arrive 3-4 hours before scheduled departure. Follow these steps to complete the check-in at the airport – 

• Look for the signs for PopulAir and you would be greeted by the airline’s representative.
• Provide them the Booking Reference or e-ticket number for your reservation.
• Ask them to do the selection or request other services on your behalf.
• Passengers who are carrying checked luggage must submit here, and the Amapola check-in representative will issue the baggage tags.
• Once the check-in is complete, you will receive the printed boarding pass. You can head to the security checkpoint to board your flight.

For Arlanda (Amapola check-in counter located at Terminal 5)

• At the airport opens – 90 minutes before departure.
• At the airport closes – 40 minutes before departure.
• Online open – 36 hours before departure.
• Online closes – 120 minutes before departure.
• Boarding Gate closes – 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure.

For Hemavan, Kramfors, Lycksele, Vilhelmin och, and Örnsköldsvik

• At the airport opens – 60 minutes before departure.
• At the airport closes – 30 minutes before departure.
• Online open – 36 hours before departure.
• Online closes – 2 hours before departure.
• Boarding Gate closes – 20 minutes prior to scheduled departure.

For Mariehamn and Turku

• At the airport opens – 60 minutes before departure.
• At the airport closes – 30 minutes before departure.
• Online open – 36 hours before departure.
• Online closes – 2 hours before departure.
• Boarding Gate closes – 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure.

How to access boarding pass for Amapola Airlines?

After you complete the Amapola Check-in process, you can access the boarding pass –

• Online – Through web check-in, the boarding pass will be generated on your screen. Simply print it out, and carry the copy at the airport on the day of departure.
• At the check-in counter – When you prefer to complete the check-in at the airport, the airline’s representative will offer you a paper boarding pass.
